Casa Buscina

A most beautiful renovated old house, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and forests. It is situated in the vicinity of the town of Umag, on an elevation from which a beautiful view stretches to the sea. It is well-connected and accessible by road but, at the same time, completely isolated. The house is five minutes away from the motorway exit and a mere ten minutes from the town of Umag. The house is situated five kilometres away from our restaurant Konoba Buscina and there is also a golf course ten kilometres away. In Umag you will find shops, beaches, tourist attractions, a medical centre, post office, etc. The quaint medieval towns of Grožnjan and Oprtalj are also located in the vicinity.

The house has three double-bedded bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. In the main bedroom en suite bathroom there is a bath tub, while the other bathrooms have showers. Bath towels and bed linen are included in the offer. On the ground floor, there is a nicely equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven and refrigerator), dining room and lounge with a fireplace. The garden is spacious, fenced and safe, with two parking spaces. Within the house, there is also a summer kitchen with a barbecue and a large table, as well as a sunbathing area. There is the possibility of providing breakfasts and other meals, as well as tasting sessions. This is a perfect place for a good and relaxing holiday, but also for an active sports holiday. You can stay here, far away from urban congestion and stress, in the peace and quiet of nature, while only a few minutes away from tennis courts, golf courses, the sea and cycling paths.
